Sal most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Mallatt’s Pharmacy, a regional healthcare company with retail and long-term care pharmacies and home healthcare. Before Mallatt’s, Sal was the co-founder and CEO of Flex Biomedical, a medical device company, and the first employee and COO of ConjuGon, a biotech company. He earned a BS in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin at Madison. Sal retired from the U.S. Naval Reserves as an officer in 2003.
Ravi is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years building companies, several of which he has spun off from Symphony Corporation. This model has served him well, as he has managed or invested in successful companies including Symphony Data (acquired by Apollo Street Health), Qik (acquired by Skype for $150 million), SymphonyCare (acquired by Influence Health), and Liazon Corporation (acquired by Towers Watson for $215 million).
Keith has over 25 years of health system pharmacy experience. Most recently he successfully grew the firm he co-founded in 2000, Pharmacy OneSource, to become a market leader with 3,000+ SaaS installations in use by 1 out of 3 hospitals in the United States. Wolters Kluwer purchased the firm in December 2010. He earned a BS in Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin at Madison.
